Khoai Store develops mobile games, including Mini Chess Puzzle. This policy explains how information may be handled when you use our games.
Information used by our games
Mini Chess Puzzle may use device and app information, such as app interactions, diagnostics, and approximate technical identifiers, to operate the game, understand performance, prevent errors, and show advertising. Game progress is stored on your device and may be associated with your Google Play Games account when you choose to sign in and use cloud save.
Advertising and consent
Our games may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show ads, including rewarded ads. Google and its partners may process information as described in their own privacy policies to deliver, measure, and improve ads. Where required, the game provides consent and privacy-choice controls. You can review available privacy choices from the game settings.
Analytics and crash reporting
We may use Firebase Analytics to understand how players use game features and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and stability issues. These services may collect technical and usage information needed for those purposes.
Purchases
If a game offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by the platform store. Khoai Store does not receive or store your full payment-card information.
Google Play Games and cloud save
If you voluntarily sign in to Google Play Games, the game may use your Google Play Games player identifier and saved-game service to provide sign-in and cloud-save features. These features are optional; local gameplay remains available when they are not used.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the game, such as Google Play services, Google Mobile Ads, Firebase, and the platform store, or when required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our games are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information in this way, contact us so that we can review the request.
